Current versionAdded a clause that, for monthly subscriptions paid through Toss Payments (domestic payments), the unused part of the subscription's monthly units and AI chat messages does not carry over to the next billing period. Under the domestic payment provider's review rules for recurring payments, a subscription whose monthly allowance carries over cannot be operated as a recurring-payment product; the one-period carry-over on overseas-payment subscriptions (Dodo Payments, USD) is unchanged. Prepaid credits and AI chat message packs may now also be sold as one-off purchases through domestic payments (Toss Payments general payment); they do not appear on the pricing page until sales begin.

Named Dodo Payments as the provider that sells and processes overseas payments as the Merchant of Record, and added a link to its Buyer Terms. Overseas payments are charged in US dollars (USD) only, prices are shown tax-exclusive, and the tax due for your country is added at checkout. The payment-dispute (chargeback) clause was rewritten to match the Refund & Cancellation Policy: while a dispute is open new payments are blocked; the block is lifted if the dispute is withdrawn or cancelled or the payment is confirmed valid, and if the dispute returns your money the unused balance that payment granted may be reclaimed and the block stays in place. The auto-renewal clause was clarified to match how each payment axis actually works: the email notice 7 days before the next charge applies to auto-renewing subscriptions paid in the Republic of Korea (Toss Payments, KRW), while overseas payments (USD) get no pre-renewal email — the next billing date is shown under Settings > Payments & Refunds and the amount and billing history in the Dodo Payments customer portal. The auto-renewal terms are displayed on the subscription screen, and signing up there constitutes your agreement to them.
